In short: no forms on the site, no personal data requested, no advertising cookies. Every conversation happens on Telegram.
Who we are
Viol Services is a graphics and development studio, plus our own services: Viol Post, Viol SMS, Viol Host and Viol Proxy. This site is a shop window; orders and support live on Telegram.
What the site collects
There are no forms here: we never ask for your name, email or phone number. The server keeps anonymous visit counters — date and time, page, language, device type, referrer and clicks on Telegram buttons.
No IP addresses are stored in those counters, no visitor profiles are built, and nothing is sold or handed to third parties.
Cookies
No advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie belongs to the site owner signing in to the admin panel, and it only keeps that session alive.
Telegram
Every button opens Telegram, where Telegram’s own terms and privacy policy apply: as the people you are talking to, we see your name, username and whatever you send in the chat.
Please do not send passwords, confirmation codes or card details — we never need them.
Where everything is kept
The site and its counters run on our own Viol Host servers. Anonymous counters are kept for up to 24 months; Telegram messages stay with you and us until either side deletes them.
Your rights and changes
Message the manager on Telegram if you want to know what we store or to have a conversation deleted.
